Homemade No-Churn Mocha Almond Fudge Ice-Cream
This mocha almond fudge ice cream has a good dose of coffee flavor running through it. The almonds give added crunch and who does love hot fudge sauce with ice cream?! It is so creamy you wouldn’t believe that it wasn’t churned!

  1. Make sure your double cream is chilled. Pour the condensed milk and double cream into a mixing bowl. Add vanilla and the espresso powder and whip to soft peak.
  2. Fold in the toasted nuts.
  3. Transfer to a freezable container, alternating with layers of hot fudge sauce.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
